Hampton Inn & Suites - Allen Park

The room was so comfortable and we felt safe. The front desk staff was welcoming and greeted us each time we entered or left the hotel. The housekeeping staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It allowed us to wake and take a few minutes while we enjoyed our breakfast before heading out to visit family, friends, shop, etc. Hope to be back in June 25 and November 25. Hoping to be able to book same hotel, same room. Keep up the good work.

This hotel is in Detroit - Allen Park, close to the Canadian border. The staff are super friendly and professional. The place is clean and well organized. Breakfast runs 6 am - 10 am. A number of restaurants nearby. Also, they have some instant and frozen food for purchase, some snacks as well. Coffee and tea are available non-stop at no additional charge. The room has a coffee machine and a microwave. The bathroom has several safety bars in the bathtub - so if you prefer a bathtub - it is there but if you need security and safety as well - the bars are there. The toiletries are mounted on the wall in the bathtub and next to the sink. For breakfast, they had eggs, bacon, butter, cheese, yogurt, cereal, cooked oatmeal, hard boiled eggs. Toaster and waffle makers are at your disposal. Juice, milk are there as well. Apples and bananas are ready to go. The staff are constantly cleaning and re-stocking. There is a swimming pool but I did not use it - it looked clean. All the staff we interacted with were really pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Parking is around the hotel. The breakfast and parking were included in the price for us.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I also really liked the art in the room, especially the water scene that looked like it had pickle chips floating in the water. I love me some pickles

The breakfast was really good. It’s in a good location if you’re visiting the Henry Ford museum/Greenfield Village and attending a Tigers game.

The breakfast was great with a wonderful selection. The staff was amazing! They were very nice and seemed genuine. The pool was a little small, but it entertained a 6, 8 and 9-year-old for over an hour :)
